Context
Previously, if you reach the GuardRails plan limit, your Pull Request (PR) on the GitHub will be failed due to GuardRails' errored check.
We know it is an inconvenience when blocking a PR like this unless GuardRails detects a vulnerability. Therefore we do an enhancement of PR checking in this case - the PR will be skipped GuardRails' scan if you reach the plan limit.
However, the Check (Read & Write) permission is required to enable this enhancement.
